Bringing together scholars, artists, and activists to reflect on how, why, and to what effect contemporary culture addresses processes and practices of forgetting in relation to a wide range of histories of violence and trauma. The programme includes a mix of presentations, interviews, roundtables, and film screenings.

We are no longer accepting registrations for the first day of the symposium (Thursday 19 March), but you can sign up to be put on a waiting list. There are still some places available on the second day (Friday 20 March).
